This web site is setup to enable a person to search for property, both homes and land, in and around Rabun County Georgia, which is located in the northeastern mountains of the State. On this site, one can perform a property search of all the property listed in the multiple listing service that covers Rabun County in the State of Georgia, with extensions into Macon County North Carolina, and Oconee County South Carolina, most of which have wonderful mountain and valley views. One can also search for lake front property, on each of the three lakes in Rabun County. The lakes are Lake Rabun, Lake Burton, and Lake Seed. One can search for all types of lake front property in Rabun County GA, some of which is on the side of mountains with homes that are for sale. Through out the county raw land in the form of large tracts, as well as smaller lots can sometimes also be found. Homes, cabins, and great, getaway, permanent homes, second homes, and other good real estate investments can be found. The cities in Rabun County are Tallulah Falls GA, Lakemont, Tiger GA, Clayton GA, Mountain City Georgia, Dillard Georgia, Sky Valley Georgia, and the Georgia portion of Tate City Georgia. The Chattahoochee river runs along the border between Georgia and South Carolina, and is a good place to fish, raft, or just play. The Tallulah River runs diagonally through the county, and is a great place to trout fish. Rabun County is also a resort community, with two private golf courses and a city course with a driving range. The two private golf courses are the Waterfall Country Club, and the Kingwood Golf Club and Resort.
